Vaclav Skarka designs and builds custom business websites and cross-platform Flutter applications through HLT3 Studio. He also builds Supabase and PostgreSQL backends, AWS cloud systems, and privacy-sensitive health-tech products, and provides architecture reviews, production rescue, and technical SEO. ### Is HLT3 Studio an agency or a large team? No. HLT3 Studio is a one-person, founder-led studio. Vaclav Skarka is the person on the first call and the person responsible for architecture, implementation, testing, communication, and handover. HLT3 does not present an anonymous bench or hand work from a salesperson to a separate delivery team. ### How much does HLT3 Studio charge for an MVP? The fixed-scope MVP Sprint costs $2,900 USD and runs for 10 working days. The Health-tech MVP Sprint costs $5,900 USD and runs for 15 working days. Larger or different scopes receive a written custom quote after a short fit call. Prices exclude applicable taxes. ### Can HLT3 Studio build a simple website? Yes. The Launch Website costs $500 USD and is delivered in 5–7 working days. It includes one custom mobile-first page, clear service and proof sections, a contact form or booking link, search and AI-readable metadata, deployment, and source-code handover. Ecommerce, a CMS, custom applications, branding, paid assets, domain fees, and hosting charges are not included. The Growth Website costs $900 USD and includes up to five custom pages. Website Care for an HLT3-built site costs $200 USD per year and includes five small content amendments, uptime and deployment monitoring, quarterly dependency review, and priority response for technical faults. ### Can HLT3 review an existing or AI-generated MVP? Yes. The Product Rescue Audit costs $500 USD and is delivered within 48 hours. It covers one repository and deployed product, identifies the five most important architecture, authorization, data, reliability, and release risks, and provides a written keep, repair, or rebuild plan. The fee is credited toward a qualifying HLT3 build started within 14 days. ### What does the MVP Sprint include? The MVP Sprint includes one user role, one core workflow, up to six core screens, one Flutter codebase for iOS and Android, a Supabase backend, one sign-in method, one paid integration, TestFlight and Google Play Internal Testing builds, two recorded demos, and source code in the client's GitHub organization. ### Does HLT3 Studio work outside Switzerland? Yes. HLT3 Studio is based in Zurich and works remotely with clients across Europe and worldwide. ### Who owns the code? The repository and service accounts are in the client's organization, with access from the start. Ownership of custom code and deliverables transfers after full payment unless the written project agreement says otherwise. Third-party software retains its own licence terms. HLT3 Studio does not impose a proprietary platform licence. ### Is the Health-tech MVP Sprint a compliance certification? No. It provides a BAA-eligible technical foundation, access controls, audit logging, AWS security configuration, and technical documentation. Organizational compliance, certification, legal advice, vendor negotiations, and audit remain the client's responsibility. ## Start here - Home: https://hlt3.studio/ - Book a 20-minute intro: https://hlt3.studio/book/ - Pricing: https://hlt3.studio/pricing/ - Fixed-scope MVP Sprint: https://hlt3.studio/mvp-sprint/ - Frequently asked questions: https://hlt3.studio/faq/ - Flutter app development in Switzerland: https://hlt3.studio/services/mobile-apps/ ## Services - Launch websites from $500: https://hlt3.studio/services/websites/ - Growth websites for $900 and website care for $200/year: https://hlt3.studio/services/websites/#growth - Product Rescue Audit for $500: https://hlt3.studio/services/product-rescue-audit/ - Mobile and Flutter app development: https://hlt3.studio/services/mobile-apps/ - Health-tech engineering: https://hlt3.studio/services/health-tech/ - Supabase and backend development: https://hlt3.studio/services/backend/ - AWS cloud and DevOps: https://hlt3.studio/services/cloud-devops/ - Architecture and technical consulting: https://hlt3.studio/services/consulting/ - Technical SEO and AI search readiness: https://hlt3.studio/services/seo/ ## Comparisons - Flutter vs React Native for startup MVPs: https://hlt3.studio/compare/flutter-vs-react-native/ - Supabase vs Firebase for mobile app backends: https://hlt3.studio/compare/supabase-vs-firebase/ - Freelancer vs agency vs in-house team for an MVP: https://hlt3.studio/compare/freelancer-vs-agency-vs-in-house/ ## Verifiable product work - Case studies: https://hlt3.studio/case-studies/ - Health3: designed, built, and operated by Vaclav; a Flutter health app with Supabase and an AWS Textract/Bedrock document pipeline: https://hlt3.studio/case-studies/health3/ - Unbuzz: built by Vaclav; local-first Flutter caffeine tracker with iOS, Android, Apple Watch, and widget integrations: https://hlt3.studio/case-studies/unbuzz/ - Reelry: built by Vaclav; AI short-video generation product using Next.js, Supabase, Polar, and the Claude API: https://hlt3.studio/case-studies/reelry/ - Spoonlet: designed and built by Vaclav; a Flutter protein and fiber tracker with offline food search, familiar portions, saved meals, and an on-device diary.
