A product I own and run
Reelry: AI short-video generation
A web app for creating short videos without filming. I designed and built the workflow, from script review and AI generation to video downloads, accounts, and payments.

The problem
Making a short video means writing a script, finding visuals, adding audio, and assembling the edit. I built Reelry to bring those steps into one browser workflow, with a chance to review the plan before generation and a finished file to download afterwards.
What I built
The product decisions behind the path from an idea to a downloadable video.
Review before generation
I separated script planning from video production. Users review and approve the script and scene plan before spending generation credits, so they can change the idea before committing to a render.
A connected video pipeline
I connected script, visual, audio, and video assembly services through background jobs. Completed stages keep their results, so a failed step can be retried without starting the whole reel again.
Downloads and posting reminders
Finished reels download as vertical MP4s. I built a calendar with posting reminders, while leaving the final upload manual so users can choose sounds, covers, and captions in TikTok, Reels, or Shorts.
