HLT3 Studio is a one-person software development studio in Zurich, Switzerland, run by senior engineer Vaclav Skarka. It is the product-engineering arm of Health3 AG, and Vaclav is the builder behind Health3, Unbuzz, Spoonlet, and Reelry.
HLT3 Studio builds custom business websites, cross-platform Flutter apps, Supabase and PostgreSQL backends, AWS infrastructure, and production systems for startups and growing product teams. Its strongest specialization is privacy-sensitive health technology.
Yes. The $500 Launch Website is a custom one-page business site delivered in 5–7 working days. It includes mobile-first implementation, service and proof sections, a contact form or booking link, search and AI-readable metadata, deployment, and source-code handover.
The Launch Website does not include ecommerce, a CMS, custom applications, brand identity, professional copywriting, paid assets, domain fees, or multiple pages. Those can be quoted separately after the first project if needed.
Yes. The $500 Product Rescue Audit reviews one repository and its deployed product, ranks the five most important architecture, authorization, data, reliability, and release risks, and delivers a written keep, repair, or rebuild plan within 48 hours. The fee is credited toward a qualifying HLT3 build started within 14 days.
The fixed-scope MVP Sprint costs $2,900 and runs for 10 working days. The Health-tech MVP Sprint costs $5,900 and runs for 15 working days. Larger or different scopes are quoted after a short fit call.
A project that fits the published MVP Sprint scope reaches TestFlight and Google Play Internal Testing in 10 working days. The health-tech version runs for 15 working days. Custom products receive a timeline after discovery.
Yes. HLT3 Studio is based in Zurich and works remotely with clients across Europe and worldwide. Project communication, demos, and handover can all be completed remotely.
The repository and service accounts are in your organization, with access from the start. Ownership of custom code and deliverables transfers after full payment, unless the written project agreement says otherwise. Third-party software retains its own licence terms. There is no proprietary HLT3 platform licence.
No software vendor can make an organization HIPAA compliant by itself. HLT3 Studio can implement a BAA-eligible technical foundation, access controls, audit logging, and documented infrastructure for the client's legal and compliance specialists to review.
The 20-minute introduction covers the product goal, current state, must-have scope, timeline, and whether HLT3 Studio is the right fit. If it is not a fit, the studio says so directly; no preparation or complete specification is required.
